On 11/25/07, my husband and I celebrated our 7th Anniversary! Hopefully, I will be able to post an updated picture of us soon. Let's just say we've "grown up" a little from the picture above. (smiles)
This year we did not do anything special to celebrate, but still I am thankful for our children, our home, our health, etc. etc. I could go on God is so good to us!
Even though our finances are temporarily tight, my thoughtful husband came home the other night from work and gave me a special surprise! He felt so bad that we didn't get to do anything for our anniversary so he brought home a brand new set of Calphlon pots and pans for me. Maybe this might not sound so romantic to you, but I was overjoyed since we still use the set we received for our wedding, and the handles are literally falling apart!
To my hubby: Just wanted to let you know how much I love you. You work so hard to provide for us, and I appreciate you more than you know. I am very proud of you, and know that God is still in control of our future! Happy Anniversary - We'll have so many more to celebrate!
